Working with AccuWorks was actually a pleasure. At a time when I was stressed and panicked from a fire sprinkler rupturing and filling my house with water, they made it as easy as possible to remedy. Both Joshua and Jonathon were very responsive, always communicated every step of the way, and my water mitigation and repairs came out beautiful. I’d recommend them and their entire staff 100%.

I had some water damage to my home and the insurance company recommended them. I’m always skeptical when the insurance company tries to say who to use. But I entertained the idea and from the first day speaking with Adam Twinning I knew they were the company I wanted to work with. Adam was always responsive whenever I had questions and walked me through them even if they were dumb questions 🤣 I was assigned Joe Hensley as my Project manager and he was just as great as Adam and also answered all my dumb questions along the way. Never acted like I was a bother even when I knew I was probably driving them nuts. Anyways, I highly recommended using AccuWorks and will use them again in the future if given the chance. Also, want to say thank you to all the workers I didn’t get to meet that took such great care of my home. Thank You!!
This company has treated me with great respect. Bryce Carter who started the remediation work is the most courteous, respectful and professional repair person to ever come to my home in 28 years. He deserves a bonus!!
We had a very good experience with Jerome and AccuWorks. The day I filed a claim I got a call that night to schedule the work. Throughout the entire experience he was professional and communicative, even coming by in the evening to make sure everything was going as planned. Water damage is never fun but when the work is done well and customer service is excellent it really helps to lower your stress. Highly recommend!
