I just wanted to give a shout out to the team at AccuWorks. They are top notch and can’t begin to tell you how great every single one of them are. I had some water damage to my home and the insurance company recommended them. I’m always skeptical when the insurance company tries to say who to use. But I entertained the idea and from the first day speaking with Adam Twinning I knew they were the company I wanted to work with. Adam was always responsive whenever I had questions and walked me through them even if they were dumb questions 🤣 I was assigned Joe Hensley as my Project manager and he was just as great as Adam and also answered all my dumb questions along the way. Never acted like I was a bother even when I knew I was probably driving them nuts. Anyways, I highly recommended using AccuWorks and will use them again in the future if given the chance. Also, want to say thank you to all the workers I didn’t get to meet that took such great care of my home. Thank You!!

Great job! The team showed within hrs of my frozen pipe burst and worked quickly to minimize damage. Jeremy was in regular contact checking in on machines and documenting for insurance. They took on a very stressful situation for our family and made us feel like it was still home.

I had a fine experience with AccuWorks. I had a major leak and I was so happy because they were able to come out the SAME DAY that I called them! They set up dehumidifiers and worked with my insurance company. I ended up going with a different company only because I was in a huge rush and I needed more manpower (the only reason I took off a star). My job was HUGE (over 1900 sqft) and I was waiting to put my house on the market. However, if I just had a few rooms and didn’t have to rush as much I would have stayed with them. Everyone was very nice and well informed. I felt well taken care of and I felt like a priority.
Mark and his team were absolutely incredible. They were very communicative and efficient on time respectful and kind. This team really knows what they’re doing and I truly believe we got the best deal we could’ve. I would highly recommend Mark to anybody, he is a true professional.

Technician that was assigned to do the work was very professional and very efficient in getting the job done. Brycen did a great job getting us taken care of.
Our technician David was fantastic! He was professional and personable, and helped us feel a lot more confident and at ease about repairing the gaping hole in our kitchen ceiling. He was very polite and answered any questions we had, even if they were just out of curiosity. The finished job looked absolutely amazing, and he cleaned up every bit of the mess caused from repairs on his way out, including wiping up his boot prints! Impressed is an understatement when describing the service provided by AccuWorks. They made what had been an extremely stressful experience for us simple and made our kitchen look even better than it had originally looked before any damage!
