AccuWorks has been wonderful to work with! They responded quickly and have explained each step of the process thoroughly. Each person with whom I have spoken has been not only professional and polite, but has shown concern for me and my property as well. Nathon Sellers, the Mitigation Specialist did a great job of pulling up flooring and drying the subfloor with a minimum of disruption.
I had a fine experience with AccuWorks. I had a major leak and I was so happy because they were able to come out the SAME DAY that I called them! They set up dehumidifiers and worked with my insurance company. I ended up going with a different company only because I was in a huge rush and I needed more manpower (the only reason I took off a star). My job was HUGE (over 1900 sqft) and I was waiting to put my house on the market. However, if I just had a few rooms and didn’t have to rush as much I would have stayed with them. Everyone was very nice and well informed. I felt well taken care of and I felt like a priority.
When my storage shed got struck by lightening and caught fire and almost completely burned down, my insurance company recommended AccuWorks for the cleanup. It took us about 4 weeks to go thru the rubble to save what we could and then AccuWorks came out and removed and hauled off all the debris in a few days. Jerome did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
