My mitigation specialist, Montana was phenomenal. He was communicative and professional. Having water damage is really hard and stressful and AccuWorks made it seem not so bad!
I have been extremely pleased with AccuWorks. On the same day that I called about my water leak, they sent a technician out to diagnose the problem. Once diagnosed, they then sent another technician to dry out the area. I want to give a huge thank you to Jeremy! The customer service was absolutely awesome!

Mr. Carter provided me, in detail, the preliminary inspection process to determine the water and possible mold damage in a professional and easy to understand manner. Then proceeded to do as described without interruption. If all goes as well with the rest of the repairs, I will be well pleased.
