Nathon called on Wednesday to schedule an appointment for Thursday. Arrived on Thursday with two dehumidifiers, set them up upstairs and downstairs. Photographed areas water damaged. Came back with mats on Friday and explained the expectations of the four days. Dry out the hardwood and keep the mold if any contained. Returned on Tuesday with the insurance adjuster and removed AcciWorks equipment. If I experience this type of water damage again, I feel confident I would call Nathon for assistance.
