I have been extremely pleased with AccuWorks. On the same day that I called about my water leak, they sent a technician out to diagnose the problem. Once diagnosed, they then sent another technician to dry out the area. I want to give a huge thank you to Jeremy! The customer service was absolutely awesome!

We are commercial property owners and managers and Accuworks is always our first call when we have an issue come up. We had a sprinkler pipe burst recently and they showed up within hours. Their guys were very knowledgeable and professional which is not the case with some other companies we have used. We highly recommend Accuworks and will use them anytime we have an issue.

Recently, my daughters school experienced a broken waterline over night which flooded multiple classrooms on different levels and hallways. I called AccuWorks on behalf of the school. Let them know the situation and that school had been closed for the day. Within one hour of making the call, 3 teams and an operations manager were onsite beginning the water extraction and drying process. I can’t say enough positive things about the manner in which AccuWorks performed the restoration. Even more impressive, the communication throughout the process was outstanding. Thanks to AccuWorks exceptional and speedy response, school was reopened the next day and the drying was completed within several days.

The team at Accuworks made getting our mold removal extremely easy. They (Ben) gave updates very quickly and we were able to get our issue resolved as out of state homeowners. I would recommend this company to others in a heartbeat.

Jerome did a great job drying out and treating the wood area where we had water damage due to freezing pipes. He has been out at least 3 times in the last week to check the progress of the work. He sprayed the wood area twice with micro treatment to be sure we would not have mold.

Matt was the first person I interacted with at Accurworks. Matt was in charge of the mold remediation portion of my job. He was friendly, very easy to work with, and upbeat while also being very knowledgeable about the process. He was willing to do his best to accommodate my request as well as to answers ant questions I had. For the second half of the job (flooring selection/ replacement, paint, etc) I worked with Jonathan the project manager. Johnathan was also very relatable and easy to talk to and also provided great insight throughout the process as we navigated through each step. Overall, I received an exceptional value and good service from working with the Accuworks team. Highly recommended.

Matthew with Accuworks was pleasant, professional, timely, and communicative. And he went to town on that mold, showing it no mercy. A plus.

Nathon called on Wednesday to schedule an appointment for Thursday. Arrived on Thursday with two dehumidifiers, set them up upstairs and downstairs. Photographed areas water damaged. Came back with mats on Friday and explained the expectations of the four days. Dry out the hardwood and keep the mold if any contained. Returned on Tuesday with the insurance adjuster and removed AcciWorks equipment. If I experience this type of water damage again, I feel confident I would call Nathon for assistance. I’d rate you all a 10.

Mr. Carter provided me, in detail, the preliminary inspection process to determine the water and possible mold damage in a professional and easy to understand manner. Then proceeded to do as described without interruption. If all goes as well with the rest of the repairs, I will be well pleased.

John was very pleasant to work with as my contract manager. He made sure all my concerns were met and everything I wanted was done correctly. We had vinyl flooring, dry wall and painting completed in our home after water leak damaged our home. They were fast and the work looks beautiful!

I had a fine experience with AccuWorks. I had a major leak and I was so happy because they were able to come out the SAME DAY that I called them! They set up dehumidifiers and worked with my insurance company. I ended up going with a different company only because I was in a huge rush and I needed more manpower (the only reason I took off a star). My job was HUGE (over 1900 sqft) and I was waiting to put my house on the market. However, if I just had a few rooms and didn’t have to rush as much I would have stayed with them. Everyone was very nice and well informed. I felt well taken care of and I felt like a priority.

Mark and his team were absolutely incredible. They were very communicative and efficient on time respectful and kind. This team really knows what they’re doing and I truly believe we got the best deal we could’ve. I would highly recommend Mark to anybody, he is a true professional.

Technician that was assigned to do the work was very professional and very efficient in getting the job done. Brycen did a great job getting us taken care of.

Our technician David was fantastic! He was professional and personable, and helped us feel a lot more confident and at ease about repairing the gaping hole in our kitchen ceiling. He was very polite and answered any questions we had, even if they were just out of curiosity. The finished job looked absolutely amazing, and he cleaned up every bit of the mess caused from repairs on his way out, including wiping up his boot prints! Impressed is an understatement when describing the service provided by AccuWorks. They made what had been an extremely stressful experience for us simple and made our kitchen look even better than it had originally looked before any damage!

Awesome work! My bathroom had a leak that did damage to the floor, and had leaked through the ceiling and into the kitchen, causing damage to the kitchen ceiling, too. AccuWorks was who my insurance recommended, and I’m glad they did. Jonathan was our project manager and he did a wonderful job keeping things on track. Would use them again in a heart beat.

When my storage shed got struck by lightening and caught fire and almost completely burned down, my insurance company recommended AccuWorks for the cleanup. It took us about 4 weeks to go thru the rubble to save what we could and then AccuWorks came out and removed and hauled off all the debris in a few days. Jerome did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

Our experience so far during cleanup and dry-out has been excellent. The staff people have been courteous, sympathetic and sensitive to our stress as octogenarians! Our hope is that the same efficient and careful attention will continue during the rebuild of the damaged area.

When we had a burst hot water pipe that caused damage to our crawl space and garage, I was a little hesitant to use a mitigation company that our homeowner’s insurance recommended. They presented us with options but told us AccuWorks was the best, and I couldn’t be happier that we decided to go with them. Not only were they extremely fast at their initial contact and showing up to do the work, but it was done in an extremely professional and timely manner. Jerome, our technician that worked on our house, was absolutely awesome at getting the job done without inconveniencing us with anything. He was super honest and upfront about everything going on, kept us informed on the progress, and was a great guy to just have conversations with when he was here. Hopefully we never have to have work like this done, but if we do, I will absolutely be going with AccuWorks and I can’t recommend them enough to anyone else.

AccuWorks worked tirelessly to rebuild my deck and replace the rear siding of my home after they were damaged by a tree falling during a storm. A project manager was assigned to my job and he kept in regular contact during the demolition/rebuild effort. The quality of their work was exceptional. The PM checked with often making sure that I was completely satisfied. I recommend them without reservations.
