When we had a burst hot water pipe that caused damage to our crawl space and garage, I was a little hesitant to use a mitigation company that our homeowner’s insurance recommended. Not only were they extremely fast at their initial contact and showing up to do the work, but it was done in an extremely professional and timely manner. Jerome, our technician that worked on our house, was absolutely awesome at getting the job done without inconveniencing us with anything. He was super honest and upfront about everything going on, kept us informed on the progress, and was a great guy to just have conversations with when he was here. Hopefully we never have to have work like this done, but if we do, I will absolutely be going with AccuWorks and I can’t recommend them enough to anyone else.
